When do I pay?

Payment is due in advance to begin with and monthly in advance under contract.  Additional services, supplies and expenses will be billed and detailed on a monthly statement.

You can make payments by check or cash, and we also take credit cards and paypal.  See this link which takes you to the customer tab:

How do I know my homewatch is being done?

We will send you updates following our visit.  We will have video performed and send you an email.

Do you update us on our pets?

We will send video updates via text or by email.  We even facetime you with your pet when we visit if you like.  

I need a notary to come to me. Is that possible?

We can come to your house, office, or location convenient to you.  

My grandmother isn't answering the phone. Can someone check on her?

We will be glad to attempt contact and go on site to locate and inform. We will report back.   We can check with neighbors as well and leave a note on the door.  We will NOT get involved in disputes or marital issues.  We only do wellness checks.  We can contact local authorities if there are concerns about someone's welfare and work with you to make sure connection is established.
